资本结构优化英文参考文献

资本是企业参与竞争的一个重要基础，是衡量企业偿债能力的重要尺度。资本结构是指企业各种资金的来源构成及其比例关系，资本结构对企业的经营至关重要，资本结构理论形成于20世纪50年代，以1958莫迪格利尼(FrancoModig)和Miller共同提出的著名定理为中心。

2004年1月31日国务院颁布了《关于推进资本市场改革开放和稳定发展的若干意见》，为我国资本市场的发展指明了方向。随着现代企业制度的建立和资本市场的发展，我国企业的资本结构经历了质的变化，但同时也暴露出一些问题。大部分企业都没有实现资本结构的最优化，各自都出现不同的问题，对于资本结构中长期债务资本和权益资本的构成比例并没有达到最优。本文通过对资本结构的概述，在了解资本结构特征的同时通过对企业找出影响资本结构的因素，找到优化途径并讨论如何实现资本结构的最优化。
