结合客户分析以客户需求为中心,做好开发信的三个要素:
要素1:邮件标题
好的标题是客户打开邮件的关键,站在客户的角度有什么点能吸引他打开比如蹭热点,世界杯,返校季等比如卖点,XX苹果公司供应商,XX竞品供应商,月销100万的XX产品
要素2:邮件正文内容:
把开发客户想象成谈恋爱找对象,你的心思想找异性,异性才不关心。第一封开发信的主题应该是你能给客户带来的核心利益点和你的价值主张(卖点)。
注意:这年头大家都忙,所以邮件切忌不要长篇大论,内容一多,客户看都不看,就删除了。简单,直接,戳中要害即可。或许一两句话,或许一个图片,能足以表达你的卖点即可。开发信,别发附件,否则容易进垃圾箱。
要素3:钩子(术语:CTA,CALL TO ACTION)
基本的邮件签名当然是必不可少的。但是除此之外,要客户主动回复,需要有很大的产品吸引力。这里用钩子就是提供一些有吸引力的东西,借此来刺激客户回复邮件/主动联系。
